The Colle del Lys (also: Colle del Lis ) is a road pass in the northern Italian metropolitan city of Turin and belongs to the Piedmont region . The top of the pass is at 1311 m slm. The pass is the only paved passage between the Susa and Viù valleys and connects the places Rubiana and Viù .
Resistance Museum
At the top of the pass there is a round tower built in 1955 to commemorate the 2,024 people from the Valli di Lanzo, Susa , Sangone and Chisone who lived during the Resistancea , the resistance against Italian fascism and German occupation, between September 1943 and April 1945 Lost life.
