The airfield Berching is a special airfield north of the city Berching in the Valley of Sulz .

It is located right next to the Main-Danube Canal and is mainly used for gliding.

history

The field was built in 1980 on a private initiative and was approved in 2001 as a special landing site for gliders , powered gliders and powered aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of up to two tons.
