The Ochsenfurt airfield is a special airfield in the immediate vicinity of Ochsenfurt in the Lower Franconian district of Würzburg . It has a 512 meter long and 20 meter wide grass strip and is designed for sailplanes , motor gliders , ultralight aircraft and powered aircraft with a maximum take-off weight permitted for up to two tons, as long as their take-off distance 516 meters and its takeoff run does not exceed 280 meters.
