Frank James Brasco (born October 15, 1932 in Brooklyn , New York , † October 19, 1998 ) was an American lawyer and politician . Between 1967 and 1975 he represented New York State in the US House of Representatives .

Career

Frank James Brasco graduated from St. Michael's High School . Then he went to Brooklyn College , which he left again in 1955 with a Bachelor of Arts . He received his Bachelor of Laws from Brooklyn Law School in 1957 . Brasco served in the United States Army Reserve . He served as an Attorney and Assistant District Attorney in Kings County . Politically, he belonged to the Democratic Party .

In the 1966 congressional elections for the 90th Congress he was elected to the US House of Representatives in Washington, DC , in the eleventh constituency of New York , where he succeeded Eugene James Keogh on January 4, 1967 . He was re-elected three times in a row. Since he on a run again in 1974 renounced, he left the after January 3, 1975 Congress of.
