Oliver has been friends with Lilly since preschool and got on well with Miley straight away. Oliver was originally in love with Hannah, which changed when he found out she was really Miley. Oliver would like to be recognized by everyone, especially the girls. He's terrified of chewing gum . In order to appear at events together with Hannah and Lilly, Oliver also gets an alter ego in the second season, the rapper Mike Stanley, the third . He is also in a band where he acts as a singer. He and Lilly have been a couple since the third season. In the fourth season he only appears as a minor character.
Jackson Rod Stewart

Leslie is a famous actor and Miley's ex-boyfriend. He plays a zombie butcher in the fictional series Zombie High . After he and Miley ended their relationship, the two of them just wanted to remain good friends, but get back together in season three. In the fourth season, Jake cheats on Miley with another girl, whereupon she leaves him. In the 4th season (episode 9) Jake is mentioned again in a double episode in one song and referred to as 'weird'.
Amber Addison and Ashley Dewitt
The two are the most popular girls in Seaview Middle School and High School. Amber is a good singer, as revealed in the episode Always Trouble with Amber . If the two of them say a word or phrase at the same time, they then say Uh, tss and touch each other's forefingers. They are very rude to Miley, Lilly and Oliver but, after finding out that Miley is Hannah Montana, become friendly to them, which Miley and Lilly refuse.

Sarah is a very eco-friendly classmate of Miley's and was once the friend of Oliver. She always gets up at 4:00 a.m., except on Saturday, when she sleeps until 5:30 a.m.

Dontzig is an overweight neighbor of the Stewart family. He doesn't get on very well with them, and he owns a dog . He is a former student of the State University of Santa Barbara , which Jackson wants in season three.
Joannie Palumbo
Joannie is a classmate of Miley's. Miley and Lilly don't get on well with her, but Lilly befriends her at the end of the second season. She was also Oliver's friend and is a vegetarian .
Ruthie Ray Stewart
Ruthie Ray is Miley and Jackson's grandma. She used to be a school cook and is still very fit for her age. She also argues with Miley's aunt Dolly until she gets along with her again in the second season. She's afraid that Miley will neglect her because of her secret.
Dolly
