The constituency of Husum-Eiderstedt (constituency 03) was a state parliament constituency in Schleswig-Holstein . The constituency comprised the communities of Husum , Tönning and Friedrichstadt from the district of North Friesland , the Eiderstedt office and from the Nordsee-Treene (or Husum-Land ) office the communities of Drage , Fresendelf , Hude , Koldenbüttel , Mildstedt , Oldersbek , Ostenfeld (Husum) , Ramstedt , Rantrum , Schwabstedt , Seeth , Simonsberg , Süderhöft , Südermarsch , Uelvesbüll , Winnert , Wisch , Wittbek and Witzwort .

For the 2012 state elections, the Husum-Eiderstedt constituency merged with most of the Husum-Land constituency in a new Husum constituency . This includes the cities of Friedrichstadt , Husum and Tönning , the municipality of Reußenköge , the offices of Eiderstedt , Nordsee-Treene , Pellworm and Viöl and, from the office of Central North Friesland, the city of Bredstedt and the municipalities of Ahrenshöft , Almdorf , Bohmstedt , Breklum , Drelsdorf , Sönnebüll , Struckum and Vollstedt .

Re-determination of the election results after the 2009 state elections

Due to various electoral objections , a recount of the votes from the electoral district Husum 003 was carried out on January 22, 2010. Instead of the nine originally determined, 41 second votes were now counted for Die Linke. As a result, Christina Musculus-Stahnke , member of the FDP state parliament , had to surrender her mandate and instead Björn Thoroe moved into the state parliament as the sixth member of the left.
