The women's 4 x 100 meter relay at the 2002 European Athletics Championships took place on August 10 and 11, 2002 in the Munich Olympic Stadium.

France became European champions with the line-up of Delphine Combe , Muriel Hurtis , Sylviane Félix and Odiah Sidibé . Second place went to Germany with Melanie Paschke , Gabi Rockmeier , Sina Schielke and Marion Wagner . Bronze went to Russia ( Natalja Ignatowa , Julija Tabakowa , Irina Chabarowa , Larissa Kruglowa ).
