Nicolas Gerrit Kühn (born January 1, 2000 in Wunstorf ) is a German soccer player . He is under contract with FC Bayern Munich and is a young German national player.

Career

In the club

Beginnings

Born in Wunstorf in the Hanover region , Kühn began playing football at TSV Klein Heidorn and 1. FC Wunstorf before joining the youth team at FC St. Pauli , where he played for two years. In 2011 Kühn switched to the D-Juniors (U13) from Hannover 96 . In the 2014/15 season , at the age of 15, he already made two appearances for the B1 Juniors (U17) in the B Juniors Bundesliga . For the 2015/16 season , Kühn moved to the U17 team at RB Leipzig , for whom he scored 18 goals in 22 appearances in the B-Junior Bundesliga. FC Bayern Munich

On January 22, 2020, Kühn initially moved to Bayern Munich on loan until the end of the 2019/20 season , where he is in the squad of the second team . There he meets head coach Sebastian Hoeneß , under whom he already played in the U17 of RB Leipzig. He came to the end of the season on 16 missions (5 times from the beginning), in which he contributed 2 goals to win the third division championship.

For the 2020/21 season , FC Bayern Munich finally acquired the transfer rights to Kühn, who signed a new contract until June 30, 2023.

In the national team

Kühn played twice in the U-15 national team in May 2015 . He then played five times in the U16 team between October 2015 and February 2016 and scored two goals. From September 2016 to October 2017, Kühn was active in the U17 team , for which he scored seven goals in 12 appearances. With her he took part in the 2017 World Cup in India , where he scored a goal in three missions. From April to May 2018 Kühn played twice (three goals) in the U18 team .
