René Domke (FDP)

René Domke (* 1972 in Wismar , GDR ) is a German graduate financial economist and politician ( FDP ). Since 2013 he has been the state chairman of the FDP Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .

Life and work

Domke graduated from the POS "Kalinin" in Wismar in 1988 . In 1990 he received his Abitur at the EOS "Geschwister Scholl" / Geschwister Scholl Gymnasium . Domke then completed his studies at the Kiel University of Applied Sciences , which he graduated in 1994 with a degree in finance . From 1994 he worked in the financial administration of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Political career

From 1992 Domke was district chairman of the Young Liberals Mecklenburg-Northwest. In the same year he joined the FDP and became deputy chairman of the Wismar district association. 2006 René Domke member of citizenship Wismar. Three years later he became district chairman in Wismar as well as FDP parliamentary group chairman in the citizenry. In 2013 René Domke became regional chairman of the FDP Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and a member of the federal executive committee of the FDP. He is currently chairman of the joint parliamentary group of FDP and Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen in the citizenry.
