The Route 117 is a state highway ( Route nationale ) of the Canadian province of Quebec and leads from Montréal on Laval by the administrative regions Laurentides , Outaouais and Abitibi-Témiscamingue to the provincial border of Ontario . From Ontario to Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts , Route 117 forms part of the Trans-Canada Highway .

Route description

The 661 km long country road leads from Montréal via Laval in a northerly direction to Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. It continues in a north-westerly direction via Mont-Tremblant , Mont-Laurier and Val-d'Or to Rouyn-Noranda . After another 40 km it reaches the provincial border with Ontario. The Ontario Highway 66 is the western continuation.
