The constituency includes the Kyffhäuserkreis the communities Abtsbessingen , Bellstedt , Clingen , Ebeleben , Freienbessingen , Greußen , Großenehrich , Helbedündorf , Holzsußra , Niederbösa , Rockstedt , Sondershausen , Topfstedt , Trebra , Wasserthaleben , Westgreußen , Wolferschwenda and since the state election in 2019 by county Eichsfeld the districts Deuna , Gerterode and Vollenborn in the Niederorschel community . Because of the addition of these localities, the constituency has its current name. Until the state election in 2014 of almost congruent constituency called constituency Kyffhäuserkreis I .
