West Indies cricket team in South Africa in the 2007-08 season

The tour of the West Indies cricket team to South Africa in the 2007/08 season took place from December 16, 2007 to February 3, 2008. The international cricket tour was part of the 2007/08 international cricket season and included three tests , five ODIs and two Twenty20s . South Africa won the Test Series 2–1 and the ODI Series 5–0, while the Twenty20 Series 1–1 ended in a draw.

prehistory

South Africa previously played a tour against New Zealand , the West Indies in Zimbabwe . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 2006 season in the West Indies .
