The FDP held the second extraordinary federal party congress in 1994 from December 11 to 12, 1994 in Gera . It was the 14th extraordinary federal party congress of the FDP in the Federal Republic of Germany .

Course and resolutions

In the face of a series of electoral defeats, the party leadership was under considerable pressure. The party chairman Foreign Minister Klaus Kinkel gave a keynote speech and asked the vote of confidence , in which he was confirmed in office.
