Blacy is a French village with 103 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Yonne department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Avallon and the canton of Chablis (until 2015 L'Isle-sur-Serein ).
