The three-cushion world championship for national teams in 1994 was the 8th edition of this tournament, which has been held annually since 1981 in the three- cushion billiard variant . It took place from January 27th to 30th, 1994 in Viersen .
Game mode
12 teams took part in the tournament. Each team consisted of two players. The game was played in 4 groups. In the groups, each player played against both opponents. The four group winners reached the semifinals.
The whole tournament was played with 2 winning sets. Germany defended its world champion title. Another advantage was that the BWA professionals were not allowed to take part in this tournament. As a result, the average performance at the pre-tournaments was partly worse. Despite everything, the German team played an excellent tournament.
