Hruboňovo is a municipality in Slovakia .
It was created in 1960 through the merger of the municipalities of Šuľany (German Sulan , Hungarian Szulány ) and Výčapky (German Klein-Vicsap , Hungarian Kisvicsáp ) and is named after Ľudovít Hruboň , a fighter in the Slovak national uprising .
