Latronico (in the local dialect: Latruonico ) is a southern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 4288 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Potenza in Basilicata . The municipality is located about 64 kilometers south-southeast of Potenza at the Parco nazionale del Pollino . Latronico is part of the Comunità montana Lagonegrese .
