Luzillé is a French commune with 1,377 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Indre-et-Loire in the region of Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Loches and the canton of Bléré . The inhabitants are called Luzillois .

geography

Luzillé is located in the historic province of Touraine (also called Jardin de la France ), about 31 kilometers east-southeast of Tours . Luzillé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Civray-de-Touraine and Francueil in the north, Épeigné-les-Bois in the east, Le Liège in the southeast, Genillé in the south, Saint-Quentin-sur-Indrois in the southwest, Sublaines in the west and Bléré in the northwest .

The A85 car route runs through the municipality .
