Pocé-sur-Cisse is located about 25 kilometers east of Tours on the Loire and the Cisse . The commune is part of the Touraine-Amboise wine region . The neighboring municipalities of Pocé-sur-Cisse are Saint-Ouen-les-Vignes in the north, Limeray in the east and northeast, Chargé in the east and southeast, Amboise in the south, Nazelles-Négron in the west and Montreuil-en-Touraine in the north-west.
