The 2013 Premjer League was the 22nd season of the highest Kazakh division in men's football . The season began on March 9, 2013 and ended on November 6, 2013. The defending champion was Shakhtar Karagandy .

mode

The season started with twelve teams. Last season's relegated teams were Sunkar Qaskeleng and Oqschetpes Kökschetau . Qaisar Qysylorda , ninth in the table last season, had to give up participation in the Premjer League due to financial difficulties. Climber was Vostok Öskemen .

First there was a preliminary round with a return leg, then the best six teams played the champions and the last six played in the relegation round. Half of the points from the preliminary round were taken over. The bottom of the table was relegated directly, the penultimate had to be relegated.
