The Primera División 1992/93 was the 62nd season of the highest Spanish football league . It started on September 5, 1992 and ended on June 20, 1993.
Defending champions FC Barcelona became Spanish champions for the 13th time. As in the previous year, Real Madrid had to let their rivals from Catalonia pass by on the final day of the match. And again it was CD Tenerife that spoiled Real Madrid's title on the last day of the match.
