Scontrone is a municipality ( comune ) in the Abruzzo region and the province of L'Aquila in Italy and has 544 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019). The municipality is located about 86 kilometers southeast of L'Aquila am Sangro , belongs to the Comunità Montana Alto Sangro Cinque Miglia and borders directly on the province of Isernia ( Molise ).
