Tora e Piccilli is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 839 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Caserta in Campania . It is part of the Comunità Montana Monte Santa Croce . The municipality is located about 39 kilometers northwest of Caserta in the Parco naturale di Roccamonfina-Foce Garigliano in the northeastern part of the volcanic shield of the Roccamonfina, which has meanwhile expired.
