Presenzano is an Italian commune ( comune ) with 1789 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Caserta in Campania . It is part of the Comunità Montana Monte Santa Croce . The municipality is located about 40 kilometers north-northwest of Caserta and borders directly on the province of Isernia ( Molise ).
