Pietramelara is an Italian commune ( comune ) with 4604 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Caserta in Campania . It is part of the Comunità Montana Monte Maggiore . The community is located about 25.5 kilometers northwest of Caserta at the foot of the Monti Trebulani or on Monte Maggiore (1057 m) and about 48.5 kilometers north-northwest of Naples .
