Lusciano is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 15,890 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Caserta in Campania . The municipality is located about 14 kilometers north-northwest of Naples and about 17 kilometers southwest of Caserta . Lusciano borders the metropolitan city of Naples .

During the time of fascism in Italy, Lusciano was part of the municipality of Aversa (1929-1946). The former district of Ducenta has now become the municipality of Trentola-Ducenta .

Lusciano is located on Strada Statale 265, which turns into Strada Provinciale 335 here. The former station on the railway line from Naples to Capua is now closed.
