UCI track world championships 1935
The 31st UCI Track World Championships took place from August 10th to 18th, 1935 on the cycling track in the Heysel Stadium in Brussels .
The train was a mobile train with crossbars, which made for a thundering noise. The competitions were well attended, with the finals of the sprint competitions being held in front of 50,000 spectators.
40 drivers from 13 countries entered the amateur aviator world championship and 27 drivers from ten countries entered the professional world championship. In the standing group, 15 teams from nine nations competed.
At the parallel congress of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), the admission of Japan to the World Cycling Federation was decided.
