The Škoda 645 was an automobile from the Škoda company . He was the smaller sister model of the Škoda R 6 . The car was presented at the Prague Motor Show in 1929 and built until 1934. It was available as a sedan, Landauer, Tudor, four-door, Phaeton or Cabriolet. The construction was carried out in a mixed construction of wooden skeleton and sheet metal panels.

The water-cooled, side-controlled six-cylinder four-stroke engine had a displacement of 2492 cm³ and an output of 45 hp (33 kW). He accelerated the 920-1240 kg vehicle up to 90 km / h. The drive force was passed on to the rear wheels via the gearbox flanged to the engine block and a cardan shaft. The frame of the car was made of riveted steel U-profiles.
