Škoda Superb refers to a range of upscale to luxury vehicles that the car manufacturer ASAP and later AZNP built under the Škoda brand between 1934 and 1949 .

Originally the term Superb was just an addition to the type designation. The first model was called the Škoda 640 Superb . In the course of the change from type to sales designations, the next model was only called Superb .

In 1935 the Superb received an award for “the most elegant car”. During the Second World War , Škoda produced the Superb 3000 as a Kübelwagen and commander's car (type 952). After the war, AZNP produced another 162 vehicles of the type 924 with slightly modified bodies from 1946 to 1949.

From autumn 2001 the Czech manufacturer picked up the name Superb again for an upper middle class model. Further information can be found under Škoda Superb .
