Anglure-sous-Dun is located about 50 kilometers west-southwest of Mâcon in the rolling hills of Brionnais and Charolais . Neighboring municipalities of Anglure-sous-Dun are Saint-Racho in the north, Saint-Clément-de-Vers in the east, Chauffailles in the south and south-west and Mussy-sous-Dun in the north-west. The municipality is crossed by the Mussy river.
