Anglure-sous-Dun is a French municipality with 156 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Saône-et-Loire in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the Arrondissement Charolles and the community association La Clayette Chauffailles en Brionnais, founded in 2016 .

Anglure-sous-Dun is located about 50 kilometers west-southwest of Mâcon in the rolling hills of Brionnais and Charolais . Neighboring municipalities of Anglure-sous-Dun are Saint-Racho in the north, Saint-Clément-de-Vers in the east, Chauffailles in the south and south-west and Mussy-sous-Dun in the north-west. The municipality is crossed by the Mussy river.
