Bourbon-Lancy is a French town with 4927 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Saone-et-Loire in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . Their inhabitants are called Bourbonniens .

The medieval city is located in southern Burgundy. Located on the border of three departments (Saône-et-Loire, Allier, Nièvre), the city has been known since ancient times for its thermal springs , which have been used successfully in rheumatoid therapy from the days of the ancient Romans to the present day . The ancient thermal baths were under the protection of the Gallic deities Apollo Borvo and Damona .
