Armancourt is a northern French municipality with 33 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Montdidier and the canton of Roye and is part of the Communauté de communes du Grand Roye .

geography

The municipality, one of the smallest in the department, is located in the Santerre countryside , around eight kilometers west of Roye , on the D133 departmental road. In the west runs the dry valley Vallée de la Terrière , which leads to the Avre .

history

The community received the Croix de guerre 1914-1918 as an award .
