Fresnoy-en-Chaussée ( Picard : Fréneu-in-Cœuchie) is a northern French municipality with 148 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Montdidier , is part of the Communauté de communes Avre Luce Noye and belongs to the canton of Moreuil .

The municipality in the Santerre countryside is bounded to the north by the D934 départemental road (former Route nationale 334 ); it is located around 8 km east of Moreuil .
