Fescamps ( Picard : Fécamp; not to be confused with the homophonic Fécamp in the Seine-Maritime ) is a northern French municipality with 138 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Montdidier and belongs to the canton of Roye .

geography

The municipality is located in the Santerre countryside around twelve kilometers east of Montdidier on the D68 department road and south of the D930 department road (with the group of houses Le Margot), beyond which the municipality extends slightly to the north, on the border of the Somme department and the Oise department .

history

The community received the Croix de guerre 1914-1918 as an award .
