Thory ( Picard : Toéry) is a northern French municipality with 195 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Montdidier , is part of the Communauté de communes Avre Luce Noye and belongs to the canton of Ailly-sur-Noye .

The municipality, bounded in the north-west by the Département road D14 and in the south-west by the Département road D26 (along which a wind farm extends, also in the area of the neighboring municipalities), is located on the Département road D83, around eight kilometers south-southwest of Moreuil .

The community received the Croix de guerre 1914-1918 as an award .
