Bouvancourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Guyencourt and Bouffignereux in the north, Cormicy in the northeast, Cauroy-lès-Hermonville and Hermonville in the east, Pévy in the south, Montigny-sur-Vesle in the southwest and Ventelay in the west.
