Villers-Marmery is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Verzy in the north and west, Val-de-Vesle in the north and northeast, Sept-Saulx in the east and southeast, Les Petites-Loges in the east, Billy-le-Grand in the southeast and Trépail in the south and southwest.
