Isles-sur-Suippe is surrounded by the neighboring communities of L'Écaille in the north, Saint-Remy-le-Petit in the north and northeast, Ménil-Lépinois in the northeast, Warmeriville in the east, Lavannes in the south, Pomacle in the southwest and Bazancourt in the west.
