Beaumont-sur-Vesle is a French commune with 825 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Marne department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Reims and the canton of Mourmelon-Vesle et Monts de Champagne (until 2015 canton of Verzy ). The inhabitants are called Belmontais .

Beaumont-sur-Vesle is located about 20 kilometers southeast of the city center of Reims on Vesle and on the Canal de l'Aisne à la Marne . Beaumont-sur-Vesle is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Prunay in the north, Val-de-Vesle in the east, Verzy in the south and Verzenay in the west and southwest.

The A4 autoroute runs through the municipality .
