Buais-Les-Monts is a French commune with 623 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Manche department in the Normandy region . It belongs to the canton of Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouët and the Arrondissement of Avranches .
It was created with effect from January 1, 2016 as Commune nouvelle through the amalgamation of the former municipalities of Buais and Saint-Symphorien-des-Monts , which have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in Buais.
