Cantalice is a municipality in the province of Rieti in the Italian region of Lazio with 2576 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019). It is located 90 km northeast of Rome and 12 km north of Rieti .

Cantalice is located in the mountains of the Reatine Abruzzo at the foot of Monte Terminillo (2216 m).

Cantalice is a member of the Comunità Montana Montepiano Reatino .
