Colli sul Velino is an Italian commune in the province of Rieti in the Lazio region with 478 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019). It is 95 km north of Rome and 17 km north of Rieti .

Until 1962 the place was called Colli di Labro .

Colli sul Velino lies on the edge of the Monti Reatini above the Velino valley . The Lago di Ventina is located in the municipality . It is a member of the Comunità Montana Montepiano Reatino .

The neighboring towns are Contigliano , Labro , Morro Reatino , Rieti , Rivodutri , Terni ( TR ).
