Cardroc ( Breton : Kerdreg ) is a French municipality with 574 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Ille-et-Vilaine in the region of Brittany ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Malo and the canton of Combourg (until 2015: canton of Bécherel ). The inhabitants are called Cardreuciens .

geography

Cardroc is about 20 kilometers northwest of Rennes . The river Flume has its source in the south of the municipality . Cardroc is surrounded by the neighboring communities of La Baussaine in the north, Les Iffs in the east and northeast, La Chapelle-Chaussée in the south and east and Miniac-sous-Bécherel in the west.
