Roz-sur-Couesnon ( Breton : Roz-an-Arvor ) is a French commune with 1,003 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in the northeast of the Brittany region . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Malo and the Dol-de-Bretagne (until 2015: Canton Pleine-Fougères ). The inhabitants are called Rozéens .

Roz-sur-Couesnon is on the coast of the English Channel on the border with the Manche department . Roz-sur-Couesnon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Beauvoir in the east and northeast, Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne in the east and southeast, Sains in the south, Saint-Marcan in the west and Saint-Broladre in the west and north-west.
