Town hall (Mairie) of Dingé

Dingé ( Breton : Dingad ; Gallo : Deinjaé ) is a French municipality with 1636 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Ille-et-Vilaine in the region of Brittany ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Malo and the canton of Combourg (until 2015: canton of Hédé-Bazouges ). The inhabitants are called Dingéens .

geography

Dingé is about 27 kilometers north of Rennes on the Ille . Dingé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Combourg and Lanrigan in the north, Saint-Léger-des-Prés in the northeast, Marcillé-Raoul and Sens-de-Bretagne in the east, Feins in the southeast, Montreuil-sur-Ille and Guipel in the south, Hédé- Bazouges in the southwest, Tinténiac in the west and southwest and Québriac in the west. The place has a train station on the Rennes – Saint-Malo railway line .
