Coivrel is a French municipality with 251 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Picardy ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Clermont and the canton of Estrées-Saint-Denis ( Maignelay-Montigny until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called coivrillons .

Coivrel is about 40 kilometers west-northwest of Compiègne . Coivrel is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Godenvillers in the north, Tricot in the east, Montgérain in the southeast, Saint-Martin-aux-Bois in the south and Maignelay-Montigny in the west.
