geography
Catenoy is located about 23 kilometers west-southwest of Compiègne and about 58 kilometers north-northeast of Paris . Catenoy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Maimbeville in the north, Épineuse in the northeast, Sacy-le-Grand in the east and southeast, Labruyère in the south, Bailleval in the southwest and Nointel in the west.
The National Route 31 runs through the municipality .
