Rouvillers is a French municipality with 276 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Clermont and the canton of Estrées-Saint-Denis (until 2015: canton of Saint-Just-en-Chaussée ). The inhabitants are called Rodovillarois .

Rouvillers is located about 12 kilometers west-northwest of Compiègne and about 14 kilometers east-northeast of Clermont . Rouvillers is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Moyenneville in the north, Hémévillers in the north-east, Francières in the east, Estrées-Saint-Denis in the south and south-east, Bailleul-le-Soc in the south-west, Cressonsacq in the west and south-west and Grandvillers-aux-Bois in the west.
