Rousseloy is a French municipality with 314 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the Arrondissement of Clermont and is part of the Communauté de communes Pierre-Sud-Oise and the canton of Montataire .

geography

The municipality is located around eight kilometers east of Mouy in the valley of the Rû de Flandre, a stream that drains to Thérain . It includes the district of Flandre below in the Bachtal and the Folemprise farmstead on the heights.

Toponymy

In 1061 the place was called Rosolium.
