Noroy is a French municipality with 234 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Picardy ). It is located in the Arrondissement of Clermont and is part of the Communauté de communes du Plateau Picard and the canton of Saint-Just-en-Chaussée . The inhabitants are called Noroysiens .

Noroy is about eleven kilometers northeast of Clermont . Noroy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Erquinvillers in the north and north-west, Pronleroy in the north and north-east, Cernoy in the east, Fouilleuse in the south-east, Maimbeville in the south, Saint-Aubin-sous-Erquery in the south and south-west, Rémécourt in the south-west and Cuignières in the west.
